My mother’s family came from northern Italy, from the region south of Merano. My grandmother, with her Hungarian roots, gave me a lasting sense of warmth and belonging. At weekends, the whole family gathered to celebrate life and tell stories of distant journeys. Perhaps those stories awakened my desire to
discover the world.
Santa Fiora later became part of our own family story,
a place that felt familiar from the very first moment and holds some of our happiest family memories.
Music came from my father’s side. My grandfather played bassoon and trumpet with great passion, while my father performed as a trumpet player in a jazz band. His stories of life on stage made music feel like part of our family language.

Living in Bangkok
Where the Music Came Back
Work brought me to Bangkok. But the city hit me with a force I never saw coming. I met the musician Oui, and together with a motorcycle gang we played music in the streets, singing to raise money for children in need. In those nights, a closeness to the people grew that touched me to the core.
For almost twenty years, I hadn't composed anything. But in Bangkok, something awoke in me that I thought was long buried. I picked up the guitar again and practiced Here Comes the Sun until every note sat perfectly.
I fell in love and felt the urge to start a new life here. That fate had other plans for me, I didn't know yet.
And then, one day, at a BTS station in the middle of the bustle, a melody hit me like a bolt of lightning:
Come a little bit closer to me. It was the quiet beginning of my second musical career.

I hadn't felt in years. But then love called me home – back to Switzerland, back to where it all began.

Four screws hold fast what above has long begun to flow. Between rigidity and decay:
the single point where uncertainty condenses into reality.
Branches lie on the ground – not dead, only transformed.
When memory dies with us, where does the thought go that once carried it? Perhaps it swings on, invisible, waiting only to take form again.
The energy goes where it is needed most.
